RULES AND REGULATIONS
Setup and breakdown times
- Vendor Setup – Tuesday Feb 3rd 12pm – 6pm
- Vendor Breakdown – Thursday Feb 5th 2:45pm
- Vendors are not to break down prior to the final conference session without prior authorization from the conference coordinator.
Booth sharing policy – Booth sharing will not be permitted without prior authorization from the conference coordinator.
Cancellation policy – Cancellations occurring prior to Dec 1st, 2025 will be refunded less a $500 admin fee. Cancellations occurring after the Dec 1st, 2025 will not be refunded, and your space will be made available to additional vendors on the current wait list.
