You understand that this product is designed for the containment of lithium-ion batteries in thermal failure and must be used strictly in accordance with all manufacturer instructions, safety data, operational guidance, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.

You agree that receipt of the prize does not constitute training, certification, technical consulting, or professional guidance from The Haz Mat Guys Productions, Inc., and that no guarantee is made regarding the product’s suitability for your specific operational environment, procedures, equipment, or risk profile. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your agency or organization has the training, authority, and operational protocols required to use the product safely and lawfully.

By entering, you release and hold harmless The Haz Mat Guys Productions, Inc., and all associated partners from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or consequences arising from possession, transport, storage, or use of the product, including but not limited to incidents involving lithium-ion battery failures, fire, smoke, or hazardous materials response. You further affirm that you are solely responsible for assessing and maintaining the safe condition, readiness, and deployment of the product after receipt.
