Lithium batteries will be in a stable state once packed in Obexion FR material — so they can be safely transported and shipped. Obexion FR works quickly; in most cases, the Obexion FR System has been shown to mitigate thermal runaway (until there’s no detection of heat) within 30 minutes or less.
