We spend considerable time, energy and resources to produce professional quality audio & promote our guests.

** This includes audio editing & mixing, graphic design, copywriting, press release submission, and social media marketing.

Therefore, we ask that our guests understand our request to retain intellectual property rights to the media produced from the interview.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to a collaborative, win, win relationship.

**RELEASE AGREEMENT**

I hereby grant to Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast, The Haz Mat Guys Productions, Inc., their employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview with me. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, my name, recorded voice or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts or any material based upon or derived therefrom.

I understand that Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon audio interview (or any portions thereof) and/or a video or audio recordings or photographs of said interview, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner of/or media, including but not limited to promoting the podcast or streaming audio program.

I have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use in any composite form hereunder. I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast herein.

I agree that during the course of the interview I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast harmless and without indemnity against any such claims.

I understand and agree that Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco, and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast have creative control over the content and may edit, alter, or modify my appearance and statements as they deem appropriate for the final production. However, if any changes are made that would alter the completeness or integrity of the conversation, a proof will be sent to me for approval prior to publication.

I agree to keep confidential and not disclose any information about the content or production of the podcast episode until it is publicly released, unless otherwise authorized by Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco, or The Haz Mat Guys Podcast in writing.

I grant permission for Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco, and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast to use my name, likeness, and biographical information in promotional materials related to the podcast episode. I also agree to promote the episode on my own social media channels and professional networks, as appropriate.

I acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the produced content, including any derivative works, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco, and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast.

While I grant these rights to Robert Salvesen, Michael Monaco, and The Haz Mat Guys Podcast, I understand that this agreement does not prevent me from appearing on other podcasts or media outlets, provided I do not reproduce or distribute the specific content created for The Haz Mat Guys Podcast.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
